Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at care@conservemind.com within 7 days and we will do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at care@conservemind.com before your order ships.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. US only at this time.
