By accessing or purchasing from conservemind.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us Conserve is a cognitive supplement brand operated by Insight LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Our products are available at conservemind.com.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products Conserve products are dietary supplements intended to support cognitive health. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount including applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions Subscription orders renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in accordance with our Subscription Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice.
6. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
7. Shipping We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, text, images, and branding — is the property of Insight LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of conservemind.com, or the purchase or use of any Conserve product shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, or via remote proceedings at the arbitrator's discretion.
Class Action Waiver. You and Insight LLC agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Neither party may participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Insight LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to care@conservemind.com within 30 days of your first purchase. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Exceptions. This section does not apply to claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights, or to any claim that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law.
13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
