Conserve | Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal at conservemind.com or by contacting us at care@conservemind.com.
How to Cancel Log in to your account, navigate to Manage Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Timing Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Orders already processed and shipped at the time of cancellation are not eligible for refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.
No Fees There are no cancellation fees. You will continue to have access to any product already shipped and paid for through the end of that billing period.
Reactivation You can reactivate your subscription at any time through your account portal.
